Management Fees
- 1–4 Units: 9–10% of collected rent
- 5–10 Units: 8% of collected rent
- 11+ Units: Custom proposal (as low as 6–7%)

- New Tenant Placement: 50% of first month’s rent

Financial Management
- Monthly owner financial statements
- Year-end income & expense reports + 1099s for tax filing

Legal & Compliance
- Serving tenant notices (included in management fee)
- Eviction Coordination Fee: Flat $350–$500 per case (legal fees billed directly to owner’s attorney)
