If I hire Nest and Key Property Management to manage my property, will I still have control?
Absolutely. As the property owner, you retain full control. We take direction from you and are here to provide guidance, advice, and recommendations, but you will always have the final say on every decision regarding your property.
I want to hire Nest and Key Property Management, but I don’t live in the area. What should I do?
No worries at all. You can complete the entire process remotely — we’ll send you the management agreement for digital signature, and you can simply mail your property keys to our office. Once received, we’ll take care of everything from there, including onboarding your property and managing it on your behalf.
Is your property management company licensed and insured?

If I decide to cancel my management agreement, how do I do this?
A: You can cancel your management agreement at any time by providing a written 30-day notice via email or mail. There are no early termination fees. Once we receive your notice, we’ll guide you through a smooth transition, including transferring tenant information, security deposits, and any remaining documents to you or your new manager.
